His commercial and real property litigation practice encompasses trial and appellate work in state and federal courts, including matters involving shareholder and partnership disputes, contracts, real estate titles, mortgages, will and estate litigation and negligence. He also handles transactional real estate matters and has represented real estate developers, landlords, sellers, and purchasers in residential and commercial transactions. He is a member of the Advisory Board of a major national title insurer and of the American Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is an associate editor of the Nassau Lawyer. He has written articles and spoken at seminars regarding various litigation and real property topics. Before joining the firm, he spent 21 years as an associate and then a partner at Albanese, Albanese and Fiore, LLP in Garden City, New York.
